Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support retail partners in achieving their performance targets
  • Support short, mid and long-term business planning and target setting process towards retail partners
  • Develop and implement mitigation actions with retail partners and HQ sales team
  • Identify and implement business development and volume/profit opportunity initiatives
  • Monitor competitiveness and provide related feedback to the product team
  • Implement and follow-up market specific revenue management actions
  • Best practice sharing
  • Act as the main point of contact for our markets and be markets’ spokesperson in the HQ
  • Regular market visits and support on sales activities in the regions
  • Active direct sales activities, dealer sales support and event participation
  • Act as a brand ambassador, contribute to the onboarding of new partner sales teams and partners' sales force training and coaching
  • Active participation in customer journey development
  • Responsible for global volume allocation
  • Create market entry strategies, product cycle plan, mitigation actions
  • Monthly performance management and mitigation actions, direct sales, new MY intros, new product launches

Your Profile:

  • University / Higher Vocational Education or equivalent through experience
  • Extensive international experience in sales with the ability to establish strong relations with network partners and luxury segment end customers
  • In-depth understanding of sales techniques and sales training
  • Market/regional/HQ experience in the automotive and luxury industry
  • High degree of business acumen and understanding of retail and after-sales networks
  • Familiar with retail operations, business planning techniques and processes
  • Experience working in multi-cultural, cross-functional dynamic teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • A true sales personality with a passion for automotive!
  • Eligibility to work in the US
